Antipodes Headquarters, Wellington
Works included the strengthening and fit-out of the former ‘Nestle’ building. Strengthening saw new k-braced earthquake frames fitted to bring the structure up to 130% of the National Building Standard. A new three-storey conservatory lightwell enhanced the addition of a laneway, office space, skin clinic and shopfront to the old space.

Pacific Coast Village, Tauranga
This is a major project being undertaken in varying stages. Comprising villas, apartments, a beach house and community centre, the project includes infrastructure works such as earthworks, associated services and roading, footpaths, power, telecommunications, lighting and fencing.

Kmart Blenheim
Ortus supported construction of a new Kmart store and retail space in Blenheim. Project included associated site works such as carpark construction and landscaping.

This project included construction and development of a new three-storey hotel to be operated as a 4.5-star Novotel by Hobson Holdings under a franchise agreement.

Frame Apartments, Wellington
The works comprised the construction of a 17-storey apartment building and carpark at 111 Molesworth Street in Thorndon, Wellington. Featuring a striking design and innovative construction approach, the apartment block has been well received on the Wellington skyline.
